At a dinner meeting on March 26, 2016, CJAH board members met with David Schendel, film director and videographer, members of the Community Stories Advisory Group (CSAG), and our three summer interns. For several board members this was their first opportunity to meet and officially welcome Schendel and the interns to the documentary project. At this pre-production meeting board members and David exchanged ideas about film structure, content, interview plans, and production timeline. Prior to the dinner-meeting, David met and conferred with the summer interns to orient the interns to the documentary, teach them about filmmaking, and hand out some assignments that will help with the filming of our documentary project. Welcome aboard, David!
